ChinaTea101 is being built as an English field guide to Chinese tea. Its focus is practical: what you can observe, how to brew, how to describe a cup and what to ask before buying.
Each tea has one profile. That record also powers discovery and comparison tools, so descriptions and recipes stay consistent across the site.
A project in development
The first collection contains six green-tea sample profiles drawn from owner-supplied drafts. It is not yet a complete or independently reviewed encyclopedia. Read our editorial method to understand the review process.
